PPSR is Currently UP - however some 'Server Errors' are being experienced. Issue Start: 8:00 21/11/12 Issue End: Ongoing Resubmitting these transactions should result in successful processing. The latest We have not received any errors since about 11:00 EDT, however the advice we have is that the issue has been identified, however we are still experiencing intermittent errorsjust received states that they are continuing to work on the problem. PPSR PRODUCTION UPDATE 23/11/2012
Dear PPSR Production Users,
As earlier advised, we have identified the issues affecting B2G and WEB UI users intermittently and we are continuing to work on restoring the following functions:
- Intermittent ‘Server error’ and slow response for all transactions (B2G)
- Intermittent errors reported for searches (WEB UI)
We will provide an update by COB today or as soon as more information becomes available.
