Performing a PPSR Search in Eclipse Stock & Accounting

1. Click 'Stock / Sales' on the ribbon bar
2. Click ' PPSR' icon under the 'Online Enquires' group
   
3. The PPSR enquiry screen will open
   
4. Perform the PPSR search using step (a) or step (b) below:
   (a) If you wish to perform a PPSR search on an item in your stock list then click 'Select from Stock'
   
   (b) If you wish to perform a PPSR search on an item that is not in stock then In the PPSR Search Identifiers section, select your serial type VIN/CHASIS/HIN and then enter the Serial Number for the item
   
5. Click 'Submit Search'
   

6. Review the results returned withing the grid on the bottom half of the screen
   PPSR result status codes:        

   	- PPSR check is not clear, view the certificate to see details (step 7. below)
   	-PPSR check is clear

7. Click 'view' to preview and print the PPSR certificate.
