Changing Staff Efficiency Rates

Within the Service department it is possible to change the staff/technician efficiency rates. This can be used where a technician is new, a junior or is an apprentice and tasks are expected to take longer for this staff member. 

To complete this, click STAFF in the top menu.

Then select Service Staff Maintenance.

Select the Technician whose efficiency should be changed and edit their profile.

In the bottom right hand corner of the screen change the efficiency rating.
