When you left click on the "Eclipse" logo the below screen will appear
System Audit Log
The "System Audit" screen is an audit trail; this is where you can see what user/computer or even action that was done with in Eclipse Payroll on any given day.
Unlock Payroll (PayrollLocks)
Above is the "Unlock Payroll" screen. Occasionally, for user security reasons, the system will cause a "lock" within payroll. These "locks' will happen for a number of reasons, for example another user maybe trying to access Payroll records or you have had a power outage etc.
If you happen to have a "payroll lock" all you need to do is go into the "Eclipse" logo then left click on "Unlock Payroll" and then left click on "Unlock" and your payroll lock will be cleared.
System Administration
There are two sub-menus within "System Administration", you will go to this section on Eclipse payroll to change certain settings within the payroll system.
Accounting Transaction Maintenance
General:
Above is the "General" Accounting Transaction Screen, in this screen you can edit/change the printer you wish to print your payslips too, hours per day as well as the date you will start your financial year.
Accounting Transaction Maintenance ATO Parameters
In "ATO Parameters" you can edit/change your Leave Loading set up if applicable and Employee Termination parameters.
